Raw, untamed, powerful, and precise are the best ways to describe Archangel A.D., a youthful band that channels the classic aggression and songwriting of the Big 4 with a modern sensibility. Formed in 2015, the band is currently touring across Texas and looking forward to hitting the national stage; they have performed with national/international and Texas-based metal acts including Adrenaline Mob, Bobaflex, EYEHATEGOD, Methedras, Paralysis, Cerebral Desecration, Confused, Panteon, Overt Enemy, Pig Weed, Violent Vendetta, Ratchet Dolls and dozens of local bands, playing their hearts out and earning new fans at every show.
Following several demos, EPs, and splits, Archangel A.D. is now preparing to release their new single Eventide on September 23rd. If Eventide’s ferocious riffage doesn’t take these young thrashers to heavenly heights, it should at least get them out of Texas.
