Biography:
The 01EXPERIENCE is an “alchemical” progressive metal band, founded by singer Melissa Mari (Death Under Fire) and Colin E. Davis (Vile). They are based in the California Bay Area, founded in 2016. The founders consider their music to be alchemical because of its spiritual or shamanic intentions. The 01Experience’s sound is modern prog rock and metal but their lineage stems from the spiritually infused music and art of the 1960’s, which aimed at raising the consciousness of their audiences.
In July 2017, they released their debut EP, The Code which was received by many as a high accomplishment of deep, artistic music. In December 2019, they released their first music video for the single “Let it Go”.
