ODIUM RECORDS announce BLACK ALTAR / KIRKEBRANN split – featuring members of Marduk, Vader, Limbonic Art and Funeral Mist

We shall be helping Odium Records to spread their gospel of terror and darkness, beginning with a split release from Black Altar and Kirkebrann, entitled Deus Inversus. This seven song collection of supreme black metal art will be released in June on digi-pack CD and vinyl and features a number of very special contributions. The three Black Altar tracks feature the talents of Lars Broddesson (Funeral Mist, ex-Marduk), Mauser (ex-Vader) and Alexandros (Macabre Omen) – with Mauser also handling the production duties for Black Altar. The Kirkebrann tracks were produced by ex-Limbonic Art man, Morfeus.

The album is adorned with the hellish artwork of Nestor Avalos, creating a wickedly irresistible package.

As a first hint of devillish delights to come Odium Records have made available a video clip of Lars Broddesson laying down his drum parts for the album’s title track, ‘Deus Inversus’. The video can be seen here, at the Odium Records YouTube channel.

Deus Inversus will be descending upon your inbox soon, bringing with it eternal fire and endless night
