Hungarian female-fronted symphonic metal band TALES OF EVENING have been confirmed as the last-minute support act on 8 dates of RHAPSODY OF FIRE’s European Tour, replacing EGOSYSTEMA. The legendary Italian symphonic power metal band have recently announced that their special guests were forced to cancel their participation on the tour due to private reasons and started looking for a fitting replacement.
RHAPSODY OF FIRE are currently on tour promoting their latest album “The Eighth Mountain” and celebrating the 20th anniversary of the classic masterpiece, “Dawn of Victory”. An additional last-minute date was also announced for Roxxy Music Club (Tatabánya, Hungary) on 6th March (friday), replacing the originally announced show in Zvolen (Slovakia) which was cancelled by the local promoters recently.

“We are very happy to announce that we have a replacement opening band for this current tour and a last minute replacement show for the canceled Zvolen gig!
On March 6th we will play a last minute show in Tatabanya, Roxxy (HU). Besides Symphonity we will have TALES OF EVENING with us opening not only this show, but they also will be with us from March 5th, Vienna, until March 13th in Pratteln. Hungary, now it is your turn to pull it off and we will see you tomorrow!”

TALES OF EVENING have released their latest album “A New Dawn Awaits” via Nail Records last november. The new album contains 14 tracks re-recorderd and re-arranged with English lyrics, each selected from their previously released 3 Hungarian language albums, “Hajléktalan lélek” (2012), “Szilánkok” (2015) and “A fény nyomában” (2018). “A New Dawn Awaits” was mastered by Sebastian “Seeb” Levermann (Orden Ogan) and the music was transformed into image on the cover art and the layout design by Alex Mihályfi-Tóth (Redart Illustrations).
Hungary’s most popular symphonic metal band has produced 3 full-length albums so far, and quickly became a constant performer on all Hungarian rock/metal music festivals and clubs, leaving their mark on the local scene with an ever increasing international attention coming from all around the world. In their home country the band have played local support show with SABATON, DELAIN, ELUVEITIE, BATTLE BEAST, POWERWOLF, RHAPSODY, ORDEN OGAN and FREEDOM CALL.
