DECOHERENCE – UK Ambient/Industrial Black Metal Entity Prepare Release of Sophomore LP “Unitarity” – Track And Pre-Orders Posted

Sentient Ruin is happy and honored to announce the imminent release of “Unitarity”, brand new sophomore full-length album by UK/US sidereal ambient/industrial black metal entity Decoherence.

By all means one of Sentient Ruins defining and most recognizable bands, “Unitarity”sees Decoherence once again explore through sound realms of the incomprehensible that lie far beyond human existence and understanding, in remote and alien corners of the cosmos were unimaginable cataclysms, and creation/destruction events of harrowing apocalyptic proportions dominate an immense lifeless void where light is cyclically and eternally torn and devoured. Figuratively placed at the center of this alien and incomprehensible plane of existence lies the music of Decoherence, an hallucinogenic architectural distortion of shapeshifting dark matter in which cold industrial tapestries, surreal and alien atmospheres and walls of mangled guitars and oppressive electronics design the erratic and twisting trajectories of the universe’s most hidden and ungraspable abominations.

With an alien and otherworldly sound reminiscent of bands like Blut Aus NordSpektrDarkspace, and Abigor“Unitarity” comes in the wake of Decoherence‘s immense and highly acclaimed  2019 debut LP “Ekpyrosis”, and shows a marked evolution from its predecessor in every possible aspect: from a noticeably increased technicality and ambition in the composition/execution and a more dense and enveloping production, to a higher craftsmanship in assembling their signature disorienting and dissociative atmospheres.

“Unitarity” officially releases on August 14 2020 and will be available worldwide digitally and on all streaming services as well as on limited clear red vinyl, standard black vinyl, and as a limited edition cassette tape.
