Hearted returns to the arena after 2 years of nil opus. After releasing the mini album “Unity” in 2018, the group which now consists of Afrizal Kurniawan (Vocal), Denis Prayoga (Bass), Tifan Alfian (Drums), Dian Eka (Guitar) and Dandi Yunanto (Guitar) moved back to the studio for recorded their new single “Mind the Pathetics“, as an alert to the full-length album they will be releasing in early 2021.
The creative process of this single was recorded at Studioqu Music Lab, Semarang, Indonesia in August 2020. The single was produced by DF Ahmad (Dzul), complemented by the concoction of Hamzah Kusbiyanto in the mixing and mastering wheel.
“Mind the Pathetics” is Hearted’s new face in a darker and more reflective glow in perceiving the tragedies that occur in daily life. It doesn’t take much explanation to call it a form of anger. Hearted comes in a temper that soars, wallows in the battlefield, then just walks away as soon as possible. (*)
