It’s not often that you come across bands that show tremendous potential even on their debut album. I was quite frankly blown away the first time I heard ‘Vazio’ – it was everything I wanted my death/doom metal music to sound like. From then on, began the meticulous process of giving it the right treatment in terms of presenting it in the best possible manner and we procured a stunning artwork none other than Mariusz Lewandowski (Bell Witch) and logo from View From The Coffin (Vitriol), both of which ended up looking outstanding and fitting the overall aesthetics of this release. We got an official video made too that can be viewed on YouTube and also on Bandcamp, which moreover showcases the complete range of products that we’re making for them, including coloured wooden box sets for the first time and fantastic pullovers. The promo should be coming your way soon via Haulix. Many thanks for your patience!

Emerging from the underground, Sepulcros spew forth a powerful, majestic form of death/doom metal that is awe-inspiring and captivating. The music wafts effortlessly through the air, like a shape-shifting, amorphous, strangely luminous creature, bearing characteristics of death, doom and even black metal, and leaving behind a trail of destruction in its wake. Everything about it is hypnotic, this dark subterranean creature having emerged from depths unfathomed, exuding raw power as well as iridescent radiance in the way it carries about wreaking destruction. Nothing seems forced or out of place, as the music assumes its natural form and alternates between pummelling blasts and sonic ambience depending on the circumstances. Shrouded in absolute mystery, Sepulcros deliver a masterpiece with Vazio, an album that will stay with you long after it’s over, haunting you perpetually.
