CURIMUS Take A Walk In Their Own ‘Garden Of Eden’

Garden Of Eden is the third full-length album by Finnish modern deaththrashers Curimus. Following Realization (2012) and Artificial Revolution (2014), the band takes their intense energy even further – the album is a half-hour beatdown combining thrashy riffs and modern elements. The new material is faster and darker, all wrapped up in an uncompromising soundscape. The themes of the songs revolve around human selfishness, fecklessness and injustice in all its forms. At the end this world is the Garden Of Eden, where no one is happy.

Garden Of Eden was originally released in Finland in 2020 by Inverse Records and hit the Official Finnish album chart at #18 and the Physical album chart at #3. Now, Sliptrick Records takes over to spread the the album worldwide with the ‘International Edition’.

The singer of the legendary NWOBHM-band Hell, David Bower, gives Garden Of Eden an international touch. His unique voice can be heard on the song 72.

The album was recorded & mixed by Juho Manninen at Rotten Mystik Kult Studios. Mastering was done by Jaakko Viitalähde at Virtalähde Mastering.

Curimus hail from the small town of Loimaa, Finland in 2004. The band is known for their energetic live performances and has toured, besides Finland, in Estonia & Russia. Aggressive rhythms, furious riffs and explosive live shows – that’s what Curimus is all about.
