AMERICAN TERROR stream brand new video for “Attitude” track!

Punk/hard rock band American Terror stream their brand new video for their track “Attitude” via V13.
The video can be viewed here: https://v13.net/2021/07/holster-that-attitude-and-watch-american-terrors-new-music-video-premiere/

American Terror adds:

The song was written and recorded during Covid lockdown. Between racial, class and political tensions and not to mention police issues, it felt like the world was going mad and everyone is all the sudden turning on each other.

So basically I am trying to say I don’t need your bullshit when I am trying to live my life and treat all equal. Black, white, republican, democrat, gay, straight or whatever you identify with. I don’t care.. I never saw anyone as different, so why assume I do when you don’t know me. People are asking not to be judged, but they judge you if you don’t speak up or out about it. So I’m sick of the “Attitude”.

Bio:

AMERICAN TERROR was formed in early 2019 with a vision by vocalist Brad Cox to create a studio project with an aggressive, unique sound, blending metal, punk, hip-hop, and hard rock. The initial lineup featured members of Skid Row (drummer Rob Hammersmith), Sugar Ray (ex-bassist Murphy Karges), Phunk Junkeez (DJ Soulman), and Grayson Manor (vocalist Brad Cox and guitarist Pat Valley). However, upon releasing their debut record and receiving highly-enthusiastic feedback from new fans and press outlets, they decided to continue their path forward with touring and multiple releases in mind, leaving Brad, Pat, Rob and fellow Grayson Manor alumnus GK Via to take over those duties.

AMERICAN TERROR’s critically-acclaimed debut record, “Influencer”, and its associated singles have tallied up more than 200,000 Spotify streams since its release in May 2020, when it arrived on the heels of the success of the tracks “Judgement” and “She’s A Bitch.” These two singles leading up to the full-length release quickly built momentum for the band, thanks to features on Spotify’s editorial and algorithmic playlists, in addition to spots on hundreds of user playlists. Prominent rock media outlets took notice and covered the band’s progress, including iHeartRadio, Revolver Magazine, KNAC, Blabbermouth, BraveWords, and Ultimate-Guitar. The band subsequently made “Influencer” available in translucent red vinyl LP, CD and HD download formats, which are available to purchase at their official website’s Shop page.

“Influencer” was released by EMP Label Group, the label founded by Megadeth bassist David Ellefson. The album was followed up by a heavy, genre-bending remix of “Judgement” featuring legendary rapper Sticky Fingaz, who is known for his group Onyx’s hit “Slam” in the ‘90s and his comeback feature on Eminem’s diamond-certified “The Marshall Mathers LP”, in addition to being a 2020 ASCAP songwriter award-winner for his work with Travis Scott. The one-off single “Legend”, a cover of a lost track from legendary hip-hop group House of Pain, followed in February 2021. Their latest release, a hard-hitting, tongue-in-cheek, old-school-meets-new-school remix of “She’s A Bitch”, features world-renowned rapper Krizz Kaliko, one of the most successful rappers to emerge from Kansas City, with half a million monthly listeners on Spotify. Aside from being a frequent fixture of Tech N9ne’s records and his Strange Music label over the past two decades, his discography includes collaborations with other notable MCs, including Eminem, T-Pain, Twista, and E-40.

All AMERICAN TERROR releases have been engineered, produced, and mixed by vocalist Brad Cox at his Black Paw Studios in Lawrenceville, GA. Brad is partners in the publishing company Black Paw Music with legendary producer Mike Clink (Guns N’ Roses, Megadeth, Metallica). Their releases have been mastered by Troy Glessner (Disturbed, New Found Glory), with the exception of “Judgement [Remix]”, which was mastered by Glenn Schick (Lil’ Wayne, Future, Ludacris).

Armed with momentum following these first releases while the world has been under lockdown due to COVID-19, AMERICAN TERROR decided to focus on tracking new material and shaping their sound. According to Brad, with their upcoming material, they’ve “elevated the project to a new level and truly found [their] identity”.
