KALAHARI keeps surprising us! The Italian modern metallers unleashed a new version of Motörhead’s classic “Ace Of Spades” – full of groove and bombastic riffs! Watch the song visualizer exclusively premiered by Spaceuntravel: https://bit.ly/2WgYJvD
The singer Nicola Pellacani stated about covering this song:
“Ace of Spades” comes a long way in our history as a band. It was one of the first covers we jammed to and we often threw it in as an encore at the end of our gigs. It’s a great song, it charges you up. As much as we love the original version, we felt like we wanted to give it our own touch, we are no tribute band, ya know.. We started by tuning down to drop A, threw some nasty growls in there and made it groovy as hell. Plus, since we wanted to emphasize the meaning of this song, that tells you to take your chances, to live hard no matter what is at stake, we added our own chorus and trust us, that part bangs hard! We hope you enjoy this cover, while we finish working on a few new songs in the studio. We are not stopping, just so you know. Much love!”
“Ace Of Spades” has been recorded at The Grid Studio, mixed by Jonathan Mazzeo, and mastered by Christian Donaldson. Artwork by Gino Annichiarico.
