HEAVEN SHALL BURN announce 15 years anniversary vinyl re-issue of “Deaf To Our Prayers” on March 4th 2022

On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of their album “Deaf To Our Prayers”HEAVEN SHALL BURN announce the release of a vinyl re-issue of this timeless genre classic.

Remastered for vinyl by the band’s very own Alexander Dietz, this masterpiece, which was originally released in 2006, will be available on March 4th, 2022, as Gatefold LP featuring special liner notes and comes with a new track running order for an ideal vinyl side split.

The band states, “After the international success of ‘Antigone’, for the first time we felt something like pressure from expectation while working on the new record. We all were very busy with our school and studies at that time. Yet Alex had already integrated himself very well into the band and immediately took on an important role in the pre-production and recording.
Although the expectations of labels and fans were quite high, we were not aware of how important DTOP should be in retrospect.
Songs from DTOP are an indispensable part of an HSB live show today and the opener ‘Counterweight’ is an example of the musical influences and the attitude of the band. We are still very proud of the record and hope you have as much fun with the great gatefold vinyl as we do!“
