Today, Invictus Productions announces February 25th as the international release date for a brand-new EP from Beastiality, Sacrificial Chants, on CD and 12″ vinyl formats.
Although their moniker might suggest bestial metal in the mold of Beherit and other elder gods, Beastiality instead brim with the sulfurous sensation of classic blackthrashing METAL. Indeed, they rose from the sewers of Stockholm in 2011 to become the very bastard sons of plutonium anthropology, whiplashing a filth and fury that can only be harnessed through sheer iron will. They proved as much across their first short-lengths, but then truly shook the dead corpse of extreme metal with their widely celebrated debut album, Worshippers of Unearthly Perversions, released in 2017 by Invictus.
Was that the final nail in the coffin? NO FUCKING WAY! Beastiality return when the time is right/wrong with a nuclear-annihilating EP aptly titled Sacrificial Chants. It’s been five long, cursed years since their last recording, and Beastiality are hungry to make up for lost time – and thus, the absurdly feral adrenaline rush of these four new tracks plus mood-setting intro! Everything amazing and awesome and superlative about that classic debut album is amplified tenfold here on Sacrificial Chants…no much so, you won’t be able to catch your breath before pressing “play” again! Absolute ARRRGGGHHH!!!
