ATROPHY sign with Massacre Records

The US thrash legends ATROPHY are back, and have signed with Massacre Records!

Originally formed in 1985, the band quickly made a name for themselves and released a demo and two studio albums until 1990.

Then it became a bit silent as the band members parted ways until the original band members reunited in 2016, and started playing live again. They even recorded a new single in autumn 2019 with new band members on guitars and bass.

Then the pandemic hit, vocalist Brian Zimmerman decided to extricate himself from the band due to organizational reasons, and an EU tour was unfortunately cut short.

Earlier last year, Brian started writing songs again with guitarist Mark Coglan for a new album.

In order to shorten the waiting time, Massacre Records will re-release ATROPHY‘s two studio albums on vinyl, starting with “Socialized Hate” – due out on February 25, 2022!
