FARSOT have announced three new shows in Germany and the Netherlands. The Thuringian post-black metal pioneers will be joined on stage by Durch label mates and black experimentalists LASTER, and German black metal outfit BELTEZ on this mini-tour.
FARSOT comment: “Besides breaking the news that we are making great progress in writing songs for our upcoming album, we will finally be back on stage in early May”, writes vocalist X.XIX on behalf of the band. “On all three dates we will be joined by the marvelous Laster and Beltez. Best make sure not to miss this great billing!”

FARSOT will be performing live in support of their latest full-length “Fail·Lure”. The East German band was founded in the city of Gotha, Thuringia and started out in the vein of depressive black metal. Following the successful demo “042103Freitod” (2004), their debut full-length “IIII” (2007) started an immediate underground buzz in 2007. Having firmly established their band in the wider black metal scene, FARSOT continuously grew their fan-base while gradually expanding into a musical identity that rather fit the post-black metal mould with each following album, i.e. “Incects” (2015) and “Fail·Lure” (2017). While striving for constant progression and working with complex lyrical concepts, FARSOT adopted a visual style and well-defined aesthetics that sets them apart from their musical peers and also reflects their unique approach. Currently FARSOT are working hard on their fourth full-length.
