NO RAZA is a death metal band formed in 1997 in Colombia, South America, now based in Florida, USA. No Raza’s amazing staging recreates the desolation of a world at war and the disposition to struggle of those who guard the truth to defend our ancestral cultures and defend what remains of a sick dying earth and demands justice and peace, to those who bring us under a power snatched from our hands.
NO RAZA has stood out for their impressive live shows, charged with a visual atmosphere, aesthetic and sound evoking the ancestral essence and the South American indigenous cultures, likewise their videos with high level productions have led them to win several awards as in MTV 3 Dallas, USA, Mexico and Colombia.
The previous album by NO RAZA “When Chaos Reigns” was recorded in NODRIZA Studios, mixed and mastered by Chris Harrys “Zeuss” (Soulfly, Rob Zombie, Six feet under, Kataklysm, Iced Earth, Suffocation, Hatebreed).
The most recent album called “Transcending Material Sins” was mixed and mastered in Studios Fredman by Fredrik Nordström (In Flames, At the Gates, Arch Enemy, Opeth, Dimmu Borgir).
NO RAZA has signed with the label Noble Demon, which has released the band’s entire discography on all platforms and will release a new upcoming album.
The band has played among the biggest music festivals in South America: Festival Rock al Parque 2016 (100,000 in attendance), Altavoz Fest 3 different times 2008, 2012 & 2016 (10,000), Festival Metal Millennium 2017 (7,000), Urbana Rock 2017 (12,000).
