The new album of the Austrian death metal institution MASTIC SCUM will be titled “Icon” and will see the light of day on 07 October. 10 brute and technically high-quality neckbreakers, which couldn’t sound more crushing, can hardly wait to be unleashed on mankind, after all, the predecessor “CTRL” was 9 years ago! “Icon” will be released on CD and in a limited edition on vinyl. The steel roller was mixed and mastered in Metalforge Studio under the care of Mike Kronstorfer and aims exactly where it hurts: on the face!
