Fitting for their 30th birthday german thrashers Headshot release “…Makes Us Survive!“, an official anniversary album! For this purpose, the best songs from their first two albums were completely re-recorded and produced by Jost Schlüter at PureSonic Studio. The album, which is also subtitled “30 Years In Metal”, will be released on November 23 on MDD Records and contains 10 tracks + intro/outro. “Headshot … Makes Us Survive” is by the way the chorus of the opener “Day Of The Dead” from the 1996 debut, which will of course also be on the album. You can expect a great Thrash Metal album on which the songs from “Brain At Risk” (1995) and “Emotional Overload” (1998) are presented for the first time by frontwoman Daniela Karrer, who as you know only joined the band in 2008, in a contemporary sound. A first look at the cover artwork is attached. The anniversary and release party will take place on November 25th with Warpath as special guest in Braunschweig. Be prepared – more info soon!
