NECK CEMETERY will release their second studio album “Bring us the Head” on October 27 via Reaper Entertainment.
This is a concept album about cult movies of the 80s and 90s. Even the title of the album is a reference to a classic from the 70s. Fans of movies like “Terminator”, “Army of Darkness” or “Escape from New York” will be happy about the album.
Today the second single “F.O.A.D.” is released. The song was inspired by the classic movie “I Spit On Your Grave” and is now available on all streaming platforms.
The official video for the song was also shot following the album concept under the direction of Ili Jelusic (Heavy Metal Home TV – hmhtv.de) and perfectly captures the spirit of horror classics of the 80s and 90s.

The video for ‘F.O.A.D.’ was directed by Ili Jelusic – an old friend of the band who already shot the clip for ‘King Of The Dead’ with us – on two extremely hot summer days in an attic in the Ruhr area. Blood, sweat and tears, literally. Not only we, but also the fantastic Madmoiselle Peachy, whose performance you can admire in the video, enjoyed every second of it. “Do you remember the old horror movies from the 80s and 90s? In the credits there always was a cool rock song. And the new Neck Cemetery Single “F.O.A.D.” totally fits to this spirit!
It was such a fun thing to shoot the video for that song!

The album was recorded in the spring of 2023 at the “Gernhart” studios in Troisdorf in collaboration with producer Martin Buchwalter, who is well known in the hard & heavy scene for his work with Tankard, Destruction, Tom Angelripper, Paul Di’Anno and Suidakra.
