The Venezuelan death metal band based abroad, MIND IN LOST, has released their new single and music video “Fall On Concrete,” which is now available on YouTube and major digital platforms. This marks the second preview of the band’s upcoming album, titled “Disrupted,” set to be released in early 2024 under the label “Vrykoblast Productions“.
Regarding this new release, Christian Acosta (MIND IN LOST’s vocalist) stated, “Fall On Concrete” depicts a plausible scenario where confinement and restrictions reduce the human being to such high levels of anxiety that it leads them to take extreme actions. Escaping the law, breaking the rules, facing near-certain death are some of the consequences that an unstable and volatile person could achieve.”
“Prescribed medication, drug abuse, confinement, and abuse of authority; lethal ingredients to degrade the hopes and integrity of any man or woman featured in a story like this.”
“Fall On Concrete” has been produced by Rony Borges, mixed, and mastered by Jorge Alvarez in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
“Disrupted” will be the band’s second album to date, preceded by the first single and music video, titled “Neurodrome“. Following its excellent reception, the mentioned audiovisual also became part of the official exhibition at the Independent Music and Film Festival Infierno en Los Andes Fest, held in December 2022 in Peru.
The Venezuelans made their live debut at the Venezuela Metal Fest in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The event also featured performances by Venezuelan bands Guerra Santa and Maskhera.
