Rising from the fog and smog in Milan Italy Beatdown/Deathcore band Gravery emerged to set a new standard in violent and straight forward aggressiveness.
The outfit formed in mid 2023 immediately started to write no compromise tracks addressing uncomfortable topics such as the analysis of the destructive potential of the human mind.
Gravery decided to use a rough, direct and disturbing sound to outline these themes giving birth to 6 songs that hit straight in the stomach leaving no breathing space for the listener who is further stunned by the aggressiveness of the low tones and the merciless breakdowns leaving no room for interpretation as can be easily understood from the title chosen for the EP by the band: “Everything that is Born must Die”
The EP was recorded in late 2023 at the MK2 Recordings Studio by Davide Billia (Antropofagus, Hour of Penance), vocals fury were unleashed at the Rudimental Studios by Davide Panigada (Jorelia, Omens Before Hysteria) while the mixing was delivered by Steph “Orkid” Santi (Lacuna Coil, Lvcifyer) at the SPVN Studios.
The final touch was given by Chris Whited (Bodysnatcher, Traitors) at the 1776 Recording Studio assuring to this malevolent masterpiece a dose of pure adrenaline fear.
Gravery decided to unleash “Hate is now the Answer” as their first official single, available at the following location LISTEN
The band teamed up with the Italian Videomaker Nicola Belotti to visually express what the song is about and to give birth to their first official videoclip.

This is what the band has to say about their new single “Hate is now the Answer” and their first official video:
“Hate is now the Answer it’s a very intimate song that we particularly care about. It also reflects our musical expression and beyond. The mix of Beatdown, Deathcore and Death Metal that can be found in the song make it perhaps one of the most representative of our entire upcoming EP. We are extremely happy to have worked with so many talented producers in the making of this song. We knew that working with 4 different producers was a gamble but every single one of them gave a specific touch in the area in which he was asked to operate, and the final result was incredible. To work with Nicola (Belotti) on the video was an intense and fulfilling experience. He understood immediately what the song was about and how we wanted to express the message with the visuals. It’s like we have known each other since ages. We think we will work with him also on the second video as the message will be even more controversial … .but hey…no spoilers.”
