Helsinki based extreme metal band Kneel Before the Death has released a new single called ‘Unity’. The song combines their unique melodic soundscapes with absolute demolition of heavy guitar riffs, blast beats and also elements from electronic music.
The band comments on the new release:
“‘Unity’ takes heavy influence from Kneel Before The Death’s older more deathcore inspired material and mixes it with the band’s new more epic symphonic sound. It cannot be understated how crushing and heavy the track is. We have shows lined up for spring and cannot wait to play this song for a live-audience, for example on 2nd of April in Helsinki as an opening act for Signs Of The Swarm – mosh pits and wall of deaths guaranteed!

‘Unity’ is recorded and produced completely by Kneel Before The Death. The song is mixed by Konsta Vihavainen and mastered by Swedish metal legend Jens Bogren (Opeth, Dimmu Borgir, Kreator). Artwork and visuals are created by Konsta Vihavainen.
Guitarist Niko Lappalainen describes:
“‘Unity’ was composed with the original vision of the band; merciless riffs, epic soundscapes and tight breakdowns. We wanted to create a song, which honours the legacy of our own deathcore roots, but still sounding like modern Kneel Before The Death. The end result is exactly what we wanted. The guitars of the chorus and the breakdown at the end will hopefully warm the hearts of all deathcore fans.”
