Apocalyptic Visions due out May 23
Bestial Texas death horde MORGUE MEAT has premiered its third single, “Conquerer’s Wrath,” exclusively via NO CLEAN SINGING. The trio’s sophomore album, Apocalyptic Visions, drops May 23 via Satanath Records and Pest Records.
NO CLEAN SINGING raves: “…MORGUE MEAT have brought forth a song that’s gruesome, thuggish, cruel, and deranged, just the kind of brutal, malignant, but electrifying experience that slavering fans of death metal are likely to latch onto.”
Hailing from the searing crucible of Dallas, the band formed in 2010 as a formidable three-piece death metal entity with Salvadoran and Mexican roots. MORGUE MEAT established themselves in 2016 with the release of their debut album, Mutilation in the Chapel, which gained recognition in Metal Injection’s monthly column/playlist “The Obituarist,” written by the legendary Trevor Strnad of The Black Dahlia Murder.

With the release of the impending Apocalyptic Visions, the band stands on the cusp of a new chapter, poised to redefine the boundaries of barbarity while continuing to honor their Latin and Texan roots. Recorded, mixed and mastered at Nomad Recording Studios (Absu, King Diamond), MORGUE MEAT’s second full-length is a nine-track onslaught of merciless savagery and a testament to the enduring power of death metal and its potent brutality.
