“Eclipsed” is the first single from the upcoming THORIUM album to be released in September, and it comes as a razor-sharp tribute to the Scandinavian death metal scene in all its glory. To bands like Dissection, Edge Of Sanity, and Dismember. With a huge keyboard hidden chorus, this is a new death metal classic. And hey, have a look at the star-ridden lineup!
The “Eclipsed” video can be seen below or via No Clean Singing, which premiered the tune yesterday exclusively.
As a Side-B to “Eclipsed”, Thorium is releasing, on the same day, the single “Underground”. This one is a heavier more US-death metal-based banger. With heavy nods to David-Vincent-era Morbid Angel and to some degree the 90s Grave period, “Underground” is an instant death metal sing-a-long classic with the deep clean vocals kick in in the chorus.
“Eclipsed” can be streamed here, while “Underground” is available in all services via this link.
