We finally have all the details about Legado de una Tragedia‘s next work. This impressive work will be titled Lovecraft, is scheduled for release on February 7th, 2025 and will feature some impressive guest artists. Save the date!
The cover designer is none other than the great Gustavo Sazes who has done covers (Arch Enemy, Kamelot, among many others).
We asked Joaquín, from Legado de una Tragedia, to explain the meaning behind this cover:
“Gustavo’s wonderful cover evokes the monsters that invaded Lovecraft’s mind in his gloomy inner world. The author and his deepest fears unfold, forming part of the same identity. His mind and his ghosts. His contempt for the human being, whom he considered insignificant in the universe and the terrible creatures that in his cosmogony dominated the world, were the result of a torn life since childhood, which led him to escape from his day to day life to invent worlds close to madness.”
He also describes us the sound of this new work:
“It is an album that follows the path marked by “Aquelarre de Sombras”. Harder sound, with more powerful guitars, more metal than in any other release, that surround dark melodies and gloomy atmospheres. A whole phantasmagoric universe for lyrics with a marked gothic tinge.”
