Debut self-titled EP due out Feb. 27
Canadian deathcore unit FLESH PRISON is proud to announce its debut single “No Peace,” taken from its upcoming self-titled EP, now streaming via Slam Worldwide.
“When I started writing ‘No Peace’ the only goal I had in mind was to create the heaviest track possible, I think we achieved that,” says bassist Matt Andrews. “We are so happy to finally have it released to the masses as our official debut, this is just a taste of what we have in store for everyone.”
Produced, mixed and mastered by Andrews (who is most known for being the sound guy for Knocked Loose), the band’s self-titled EP also features additional production from Bobby Crow (Signs of the Swarm) and the band’s Jesse McKay.
If you thought Canada was all maple syrup, politeness, and Trailer Park Boys reruns, FLESH PRISON are here to remind you that the Great White North is also home to some of the most disgustingly heavy deathcore in existence.
Their debut single, “No Peace,” premiered last week via Slam Worldwide, and it’s an absolute skull-crusher—like getting hit in the face with a bag of frozen poutine bricks.
“No Peace” is taken from the band’s upcoming self-titled EP, which promises to be nothing short of sonic obliteration. No frills, no trends, just pure, unfiltered deathcore violence straight from the frigid depths of Ontario.
