The Italian black metal band Athiel has signed a contract with Broken Bones Productons for the release of their second album, entitled “Maw of the Curse“. The publication date will be March 11, 2025 for the digital version, while the physical CD will be available by the end of the same month. The band has also released a lyric video for the track “Reaven’s Oath” to anticipate and present this new album chapter, which promises to be inspired by the legacy of Dissection and the black/death metal of the Scandinavian lands of the glorious nineties in general.
