Death metal band UNINHIBITED release their new EP ‘SCOURGE.’ The EP delivers death metal’s brutal and hard-hitting, fast riffs but combines those traditional elements with passages that are heavy, groove-laden and atmospheric. The EP’s penchant for stepping outside the genre’s boundaries still retain the raw power of the old-school side of death metal.
Germany’s UNINHIBITED was formed by longtime friends Basti (vocals) and Marco (instruments) who previously played together in the hardcore scene. After countless shows across Europe, the duo decided to bring their vision of death metal to life in 2023. They quickly released their debut EP, “Ascend The Plank,” later that year and followed it up with their full length-debut album, “Reign of the Unholy,” in 2024.
‘Scourge’ was produced, mixed, and mastered by the band itself, allowing them complete freedom to bring their brand of death metal to life, without limits. The results are how the band believes death metal should sound—no rules, no compromises.
