Australian old-school death metal titans Anoxia have recently premiered the blistering new video for “Rule By Cold Steel” at Decibel Magazine — and it’s every bit as brutal and unrelenting as you’d expect.
“‘Rule by Cold Steel’ is a song based upon feudal warfare, when blades determined the outcome,” the band states. “It was filmed at an old blast furnace to solidify this. Packed full of pummeling grooves intertwined with thrashy riffing and catchy hooks, we chose this to showcase our album.”
The track is taken from their highly anticipated debut full-length Revel in Sin, out April 17 via Brilliant Emperor Records and Gutter Prince Cabal Records.
