Death Reapers return with the third single from their upcoming debut album which is scheduled to be released on June 13, 2025, pre-orders are available on the band’s website (link here). After the high-energy “Wear Your Leather Proud” and “Thirst For Chaos“, it’s time for “The Hermit” – a track that reveals a different side of the band. This melancholic, introspective composition slows things down, letting haunting melodies take over and pulling the listener into a dark, reflective world.
“The Hermit” tells the story of a lost soul – a man struggling with his inner demons, cut off from the world, trapped in his own mind. The lyrics are filled with symbolism of isolation, lost hope, and an internal battle. The emotional vocals, combined with melodic guitars and a hypnotic solo, create an atmosphere that lingers long after the song ends.
