A Heavy Metal journey in Spanish
Hailing from three different corners of the world -Poland, Argentina and Chile- comes “Perséfone”, the debut album from Aldabaran. The band delivers a powerful brand of heavy metal sung in Spanish, deeply influenced by icons like WarCry and Tierra Santa, yet with a renewed sound that fuses classic style with contemporary arrangements.
With 12 tracks brimming with emotion, storytelling and sonic contrasts, “Perséfone” is a musical journey that lives up to its title: the eternal cycle of life, death, and rebirth, inspired by the Greek mythological figure. Each song offers a unique atmosphere, moving between melancholy, strength, introspection, and epic grandeur.
“We wanted to make an album that is simply available for anyone who wants to listen to it, without any greater ambition than to enjoy the music among ourselves, our friends, and whoever connects with it. There’s no grand pretense behind it, just the love of creating songs”, explains the band, whose creative process was made possible by technology that allowed them to record remotely, overcoming geographical barriers.
The recording of “Perséfone” took place between Poland, Argentina and Chile. It was mixed and mastered by a band member who took on the role for the first time under the mentorship of Ricardo Martínez (Neogenesis), achieving a surprising result for a debut album.

The “Perséfone” tracklist is as follows:
1.- Invierno
2.- Te Llevaré
3.- Huellas De Lo Que Fui
4.- Perdóname
5.- Un Árbol En La Ciudad
6.- Déjame Ir
7.- Cielos Muertos
8.- Nómade Del Norte
9.- El Tiempo Y El Destino
10.- Sin Esperanza
11.- Bajo Un Volcán Nevado
12.- El Viaje De Los Sueños
With this first work, Aldabaran aims to connect with listeners around the world, regardless of distance or language, trusting that the emotions embedded in their songs will speak for themselves. The path forward is clear: release music, continue composing and stay true to their essence.
