TOM MCKAY Releases New Single Featuring LINDSAY SCHOOLCRAFT

TOM MCKAY has released a new single featuring LINDSAY SCHOOLCRAFT called “The Benighted One”. The song is from his upcoming album Call To The Dæmon Sultan which will be released on February 18th.

Tom comments:

“The Benighted One deals with isolation. Specifically distancing yourself from those around you, eventually finding yourself all alone with nobody to hear your screams. Given the subject matter, bringing on another voice could seem counter intuitive (how can you be alone if it’s not just you, amirite?), but at the same time Lindsay’s beautiful ethereal voice adds a bit of calm to those desolate thoughts, a smooth and gorgeous texture I didn’t even plan on when I asked her to sing on the song. Needless to say, the song turned out better than I could’ve ever dreamed of, and I was so happy to have her and her amazing talent bring so much to the song, more than can even be heard at a first listen.”
